Book Review
The 3 Minute Gratitude Journal for kids is a wonderful, easy daily activity book to teach your child about focusing on the positives of even the lowest of days. The daily activities allow the child to document their mood, while still prompting them to find something to be grateful for, even if it's small. Every day has a question like "what was the best part of your day?" or "who brought me some kind of joy today?" and a prompt to draw the best part of your day, searching for even little things to show that every day is worth living.
In addition to these daily prompts, the book is also laced with pages to promote gratitude through creativity, with pages to draw or write thank you notes and fun thinking activities. All in all, an excellent book to brighten your child's outlook on life, and help them work through rough and upsetting times.
