Dillon has always gotten by only caring about himself and not bothering with others, but when a big snowstorm hits, he realizes he needs help. The problem is, none of the other dinosaurs want to help him! After being visited by a wise fish, Dillon realizes the value of empathy and working to understand others' feelings.

This wonderful little book is a joy to read, with colorful, vibrant full-page art and appealing character designs. Kids will feel for Dillon as he struggles to build his shelter alone, and root for him when his story starts to turn around. This would make an excellent book for kids who want to read on their own but don't want something too difficult. All in all this is a fantastic book to teach children to be sensitive to others' feelings and take others' problems into consideration before passing judgment.
