Book Review

This is an absolutely fantastic about dreaming big and never giving up! Celestina wants to be an astronaut but everyone around her says that it's too hard, too big a dream. Should she just give up? Should she just settle for being a ballerina like everyone told her to?

Not only is Celestina the Astronaut Ballerina a wonderfully motivational story for children, it's also an important reminder to adults how large an impact their words can have. Bullies your own age are one thing, but to have an adult tell you you should give up on your dreams because they're too hard can be devastating. No child deserves to have their dreams crushed by an adult, or anyone look up to, for any reason. Not gender, not difficulty, not anything.

Celestina the Astronaut Ballerina is a phenomenal book from start to finish, one sure to keep your children, and especially your daughters, eager to dream as big as they can. No matter what anyone says, and no matter what they may make you try to think, it's never too late to start working to your dreams. There is no goal too big or too small to be worth working for, and you are capable of doing whatever you set your mind to!!
